Enter the Danger
Difficult conversations feel extremely relationally dangerous and require a great deal of vulnerability and trust from all parties. Most people don't have the skills to enter in to those conversations in a healthy and productive way, so we're going to figure out how to 'Enter the Danger' that these difficult conversations seem to bring and how to do it in a healthy and productive way that will strengthen our relationships, not weaken them.

Beth Fredrikson
Beth Fredrickson serves as the executive director of Harbor Point Ministries, which
connects two Christian camps – Covenant Harbor in Lake Geneva WI and Covenant
Point in Iron River MI – to one another and to the group of churches that owns and
operates both camps. The door to this position opened eight years ago after more than
30 years as a volunteer leader with Harbor Point Ministries, including serving as board
chairperson. She has an extensive background in marketing communications and
church leadership. She is a licensed bi-vocational minister with the Evangelical
Covenant Church. She lives in Wauwatosa, WI, with her husband John, and together
they enjoy five delightful grandchildren (and their parents).
